My name is Aaron Parks. I am an Oklahoma Elder Law attorney dedicated to helping Oklahoma seniors, veterans and their families plan for and cope with the issues that come with growing older. I focus on the areas of elder law, Medicaid (Soonercare) planning and eligibility, Veterans Benefits, and estate planning.
One of the biggest threats facing seniors is the prospect of financial hardship or even impoverishment resulting from the need for long-term care. Planning ahead can often avoid or lessen the expense of nursing home, assisted living or in-home care.
By considering your unique family, care and financial needs, I am able to help design a custom care plan for your situation. Of course, if your situation requires assistance from Medicaid, the Veterans Administration and/or other sources, I can guide you through the application and approval process, and help you obtain the assistance you need.
I am a Veterans Administration accredited attorney, and a member of Elder Counsel, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Academy of VA Pension Planners.
As a part of my practice, I am available to speak on a range of elder law topics, including long-term care planning, Veterans Benefits and Medicaid planning.
